Start from a template
Ready-made rules for free shipping thresholds, happy hours, hiding Cash on Delivery, BOGO, quantity limits and more, adjusted before you publish.
Templates are complete, tested rules for the things merchants ask for most. Open Templates in the app menu, or click Browse templates on Home.
Find a template
- Use the tabs — All, Discount, Shipping, Payment and Validation — or Search templates by name or description.
- Popular marks the most useful templates; they’re also shown on Home.
- A card with an Upgrade badge belongs to a kind of function your plan doesn’t include yet.
Use a template
- Click Use template.
- The builder opens with the template’s title, description, conditions and actions filled in, and a From template badge.
- Adjust it — your threshold, your tags, your shipping method names.
- Save draft or Publish… when you’re ready.
Nothing is saved until you save, so feel free to open templates just to see how they’re built. Once saved, the function counts toward your plan’s function limit like any other.
Tip: Templates that hide or rename methods match names as shown at checkout. Check your exact shipping and payment method names and update the template before publishing.
