# Analytics

> See the orders, revenue, discounts and shipping savings your functions influence — in total, over time and per function — and how they’re counted.

**Analytics** shows how your functions affect real orders. It’s part of the **Pro** plan and above.

## What you see

Choose **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days** or **Last 90 days**.

- **Revenue from influenced orders** — the total of orders where at least one function applied, and how many times functions applied (*function triggers*).
- **Orders influenced** — the share of all your orders that a function influenced.
- **Discounts given** — the discount amounts from your discount functions.
- **Shipping savings** — free and discounted shipping given.
- **Average order value** — for orders with a function applied, compared with orders without one.

Below the tiles:

- **Orders influenced by functions** — a daily chart of orders with a function applied against all orders.
- **By function** — triggers, revenue, discounts and shipping savings for each function, busiest first.

## How orders are counted

FunctionFlow reads each new order Shopify sends and works out which of your active functions applied to it:

- **Discounts** — matched by the discount code, or for automatic discounts by the discount’s title on the order. Discounts on items count as *Discounts given*; discounts on shipping count as *Shipping savings*.
- **Renamed shipping or payment methods** — counted when the order shows the new name.
- **Hidden or reordered methods and checkout rules** don’t appear on orders, so they aren’t counted.

A few things to keep in mind:

- Counting starts when a function is published; earlier orders aren’t included.
- A function’s **Revenue** is the full total of the orders it influenced. When several functions apply to one order, each is credited with that order, so the per-function column can add up to more than the total.
- Days follow your store’s time zone.
- Only totals are kept — no customer names, emails or addresses. See [Your data and privacy](https://help.fleekapps.com/functionflow-ai/privacy-and-data/).

The **Orders** column on the Functions page and **Usage** in the builder’s Status card use the same counts.
